Song in the Crisis

(33 min. 2007)

“Song in The Crisis” brings to light the scourge of HIV and AIDS among black women living in Tanzania, Jamaica, and the U.S. The title is dedicated to women who have been willing to share their stories despite the taboo nature of the subject.

The film was funded, in part, by two Fulbright grants, and premiered at the San Diego Black Film Festival in 2007.
